After 3 failed rhinoplasties, I did nose fillers to add tip and bridge by a Dr. who ignored the obvious signs of Vascular occlusion. I had ischemic ulcers, my dermatologist dissolved the fillers, but the wounds seem quite deep. I am worried about the scars after healing. Please guide me what should I do to have a normal looking nasal skin again . I am extremely depressed . I am taking Augmentin, Aspirin and applying Fucidin ointment. Please what should I do about the scars?

Answer: Recommend doing Vbeam for redness and a series of PRP injections. May need other resurfacing lasers as well
