3 years post-op nose job - is this a keloid and can I remove it? (Photos)

I had a nose job 3 year ago in turkey, with the closed technique. I like my nose but on the inside of my nose is a scar overgrowth looks like keloid (don't know for sure). It is noticeable for everyone and I don't like it. So my question is, is there a way to remove it or is it permanent?
