Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. helllo, do not worry it is not a keloid , you do not need to remove this inside of your nose and it is not visible that is why you do not need to have a second surgery

I have no doubt that it can be excised. Have a consult with a plastic surgeon for a proper evaluation.
