Will extracting top teeth narrow jaw? (Photo)

I have had braces for 2 years and less than a month ago I extracted my top premolars, because of an impacted canine, my top and lower jaws are extremely narrow and I’m afraid that after braces I will get bad results because my jaw is going to become narrower, what should I do? And will this affect the outcome?
