My teeth on the left side are higher than the right and my lower teeth curve upward - can braces fix this? (photos)

My left side of my teeth is higher than my right and my lower teeth curves a little higher. I’ve had braces for 4 years and my teeth is straight, and I’m close to get them off. However, Im not happy with my results and I want to get it fix. My ortho tells me to wear my elastics. Is this something braces can fix it or is it because my face is uneven. I see it especially when I take a picture of my teeth and i invert it.
