Aged 32 female I have a very narrow upper arch I am very conscious of how only my two front teeth properly show when smiling and just need everything widened so my teeth are aligned when smiling Eventually after this I want to get composite bonding What is the best expander that I would get maximum results with ? You have a narrow maxiila and just looking at the teeth does not tell you very much.
I suspect you have Dark Buccal Vestibules and deep nasal labial creases.
Expansion may be best approach but too little information from just tooth scans.
Do you have a forward head position which is common...
"ongoing braces on bottom teeth", so do you have aligner/Invisalign OR braces in the lower arch?
or are you saying braces orthodontic treatment?
More loosening of teeth is common with braces than with aligner treatment. tooth mobility is temporary [3 to 6 months] and goes during the retainer...
You have two concerns.
1. In your current photo, lips are stretched on one side. please upload a front photo with a relaxed smiling face to judge your issue (cant OR muscle asymmetry).
2. your other concern is a curve of speed, I can see an exaggerated curve of speed in your side photo....
