Question

Aged 32 female I have a very narrow upper arch I am very conscious of how only my two front teeth properly show when smiling and just need everything widened so my teeth are aligned when smiling Eventually after this I want to get composite bonding What is the best expander that I would get maximum results with ? And could any one suggest anywhere in London uk

Ideally, expansion is done at a young age but it can be done in an adult as well.
The DNA Appliance is excellent at maxillary expansion non-surgically but it needs to be worn 14-16 hours a day.  You had bicuspids extracted and when you expand you may open up significant spaces that need restoration, possibly implants  and crowns to replace extracted teeth.

The other alternative is a MARPE procedure which is faster but requires some surgery.  It is an expander that utilizes mini implants and tooth anchors.

If you have children you should consider having them evaluated for expansion as early a three years old.
