Alarplasty, alone, is a simple procedure that can be done as an outpatient in the office under local. This keeps the cost down as there is not facility or anesthesia fee. My office charges $1000-1500.   I would caution you against going with the absolute cheapest as technique and design of alarplasty is extremely important. There can be a domino effect that affects both your breathing and how the rest of your nose looks with just isolated Alarplasty. Dear CoolBeans, Most times alarplasty is combined with rhinoplasty surgery because once you change the nostril size it affects the appearance of the tip of the nose. An in office consultation would be needed to determine your candidacy for alarplasty.
