Front view at 1 year. Can this still improve? (photos)

I had closed rhinoplasty to remove hump and some work in the tip was done. I'm ok with the sides, but it seems to me that the front is a lot different comparing when the cast was of (i was told that this would be very close to the final result). It's less defined and the tip looks bigger. Also, the top part of the nose is firm right now. However, from the middle part to the tip, it is totally different, the skin seems kind of full, and i can press the skin down. Thank you in advance.
