The best person to answer your question would be the surgeon who operated on your nose. We have seen patients with Tip swelling that takes one and a half to two full years to completely dissipate. If you are not comfortable discussing this with your surgeon, please consider getting a copy of your operative report and get a second opinion from another rhinoplasty specialist. It appears to me that your nasal bones were not narrowed enough. Also your tip droops. The bones need to be broken and narrowed sufficiently and the tip can be lifted up at the same time. This situation is one of the most common things I see in revision rhinoplasty

As far as I can understand from your question after rhinoplasty, it may take up to 1.5 years for the nose to take shape and the swelling to subside. But as far as I can see, you have a low nasal tip and there are irregular protrusions on your nose. For get rid of this image I recommend you revision rhinoplasty.

To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we always need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Your surgeon is also the correct person to follow up with regarding any concerns about the outcome.
At one year out from the procedure, you can consider your results final. If you’re not happy with the outcome, then you need to ask yourself if you’re willing to undergo a secondary rhinoplasty. You should be very clear of what you’re hoping to achieve and discuss that with any future provider.
An assessment of your nose must include access to before and after pictures. You should also bring a copy of your operative report if having second opinion consultations.
