Is it possible to keep the nasal cartilage/bones and get a nose implant? I want it to look how it does when contoured (Photo)

Osteotomies, or infracturing of somebody's nasal bones, tends to work well with dorsal nasal implantation. I believe that the combination of these two techniques leads to the best looking nasal bridge, both on front view and on profile. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hi from Istanbul. Typically, nasal bones remain broad without osteotomies, and I often recommend this approach in many cases. We perform hundreds of ethnic rhinoplasties a year and sculpting a natural-looking nose that fits the features of the patient is very important. If the width of your nasal bones aligns closely with the graft we plan to use, osteotomies might not be necessary.
