Is it possible to keep the nasal cartilage/bones and get a nose implant? I want it to look how it does when contoured (Photo)

At start, i wanted osteomy, which supposedly breaks the cartilage to make your nose slimmer. However, it will be too much for my nose and it will make my alar base look wider. If i were to get it done, it will have to be a lil useless. I have seen other black women with wide nasal cartilage/bones yet a higher nose bridge. So theirs look less flat than mine does on camera. I want it to look like picture 1 & 2. 4th is mine contoured (i would like to achieve that more) and 3rd is mine without it
