Hi! I was curious in if in order to get my hump on my nose bridge removed if it would make my bridge less defined , I like the way it’s define just not the crooked bump, also I’m worried of my bulbous tip getting too narrow , I want a surgery that keeps my ethnic features still intact just minus the hump and bulbousness of my nose . What would you suggest when asking for what I want in my nose job to properly communicate all this ?
Answer: Removing the hump, addressing the bulbous tip Hi from Istanbul! It is totally possible to shape your nose the way you describe it. Reducing the hump and slightly raising the radix of your nose can achieve a naturally subtle change while preserving your nose's structure. Addressing the bulbosity without altering the projection or rotation of the nose will also ensure a natural-looking outcome, keeping your ethnic features intact. Hope this helps!

Answer: I Recommend Rhinoplasty | Facial Plastic Surgery Expert | Natural Ethnic Nose Job | Bulbous Tip | Dorsal Hump | Beverly Hills Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. Addressing the shape of your nose (especially the bridge and nasal tip) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with your nose. I would be able to adjust the size, shape, and definition of your nose (particularly the bridge and tip)! I'd be able to give you a nose that respects your cultural background and naturally fits your face! This truly is a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve functional and natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in ethnic rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading ethnic rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with ethnic rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Would you consider a permanent non-surgical nose job? Based on your photos, you appear to have a relatively small dorsal hump. Since this is what you are looking to improve upon, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for camouflaging this bump to achieve a less distracting nasal profile appearance. I hope this is helpful, and thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Rhinoplasty to improve shape... Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. A skilled surgeon can take down the bump. When the bump is taken down, it will be a little less defined, but not overly so. The tip can be thinned some, while keeping it totally natural. Be sure you go to a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
