The scar is a fine hypopigmented linear scar.  I would recommend z plasty to break up the scar, followed by fractional co2 laser resurfacing.

Acne Scars on the back and shoulder can be improved with pulsed dye laser, topical creams Melaquin AM and Melaquin PM, and fractional laser resurfacing.
