So I have a slight nose crease at the tip of my nose so it kinds looks like a but and I want to know the best way to fix it to a regular round shape permanently and please give the cost of the operation to because I don't want my nose to get any worse and I don't want that nose indent. My indent is very small but to me I notice it and I think it's bad so I hope sents it's not as bad it will cost less

Answer: Tip Rhinoplasty The wonderful thing about plastic surgery and what attracted me to the field early on was all the tools at our disposal. It might be that a tip rhinoplasty would solve your problem. But if you have what I imagine, I would try a dermal filler such as Radiesse first. It lasts about 18 months and will likely totally correct the problem with one injection. How cool would that be?!! I've done it a number of times for very minor changes in the nose. There are agents that don't last that long. There is one agent that is actually permanent, Artefill. There are pros and cons to these so ask your surgeon. Just Google it. There are hundreds of references and great videos.

Answer: Nose Crease at Tip Without pictures I'm speculating but a vertical tip crease is frequently caused by a separation of the tip cartilages, a condition called a bifid tip. This can be corrected by a small procedure under local anesthesia.
