Best way to get rid of nose crease at the tip on the nose?

The wonderful thing about plastic surgery and what attracted me to the field early on was all the tools at our disposal. It might be that a tip rhinoplasty would solve your problem. But if you have what I imagine, I would try a dermal filler such as Radiesse first. It lasts about 18 months and will likely totally correct the problem with one injection. How cool would that be?!! I've done it a number of times for very minor changes in the nose. There are agents that don't last that long. There is one agent that is actually permanent, Artefill. There are pros and cons to these so ask your surgeon. Just Google it. There are hundreds of references and great videos.

Without pictures I'm speculating but a vertical tip crease is frequently caused by a separation of the tip cartilages, a condition called a bifid tip. This can be corrected by a small procedure under local anesthesia.
