At 18 you need not consider "mini-lifting" or anything else for that matter. I would evaluate you in person to determine the best plan to address your naso-labial fold, perhaps a small amount of filler. Your lips are out of proportion to your other facial features, if you have had lip filler, I would consider re-balancing them to better fit your face.
