They always bothered me I'm 18 and my lines make my makeup look worse or even without make me look like I have a dark mustache. I think it's the shadow or lack of fat. Can I get filler or a mini cheek lift? It's also kinda saggy and my under eyes are hollow.

From the photos provided, mid-cheek volume appears quite normal and the smile lines appear quite superficial. If this is indeed the case then the use of a low viscosity, cohesive malleable HA filler can work well for elevating and smoothing the smile lines. In expert hands, the procedure should take no more than about ten minutes with immediate results and little to no significant downtime. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.

Hi X,
At 18 you need not consider "mini-lifting" or anything else for that matter.  I would evaluate you in person to determine the best plan to address your naso-labial fold, perhaps a small amount of filler.  Your lips are out of proportion to your other facial features, if you have had lip filler, I would consider re-balancing them to better fit your face.
