Nose filler dissolving after rhinoplasty surgery? (Photo)

Hello, I have had dermal fillers in my nose previously, and then got a surgical rhinoplasty in February 2024, I can still see the filler migrating between my brows, can I still dissolve this? My rhinoplasty provider has ceased contact with me, and I’d like to know if it’s safe to dissolve - if so when could I do this? Thankyou for any help
