There are many different causes of this issue and thus there are a few different  ways we treat this issue. If your skin has sun damage then we can often make a difference with laser.If the issue is mainly volume loss we can use fat transfer or fillers.If the skin is in excess a lower lid blepharoplasty surgery is an option.Sometimes the midface has sagged or become aged and a facelift is the best option. All of this would be determined after a careful physical exam and facial analysis. Hope this helps.Best of luck,DrC

This can be improved with lasers, well-placed fillers, and microneedling/prp. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Surgical can sometimes worsen this area.  Best, Dr. Emer
