Pain/bruising when bending leg after thigh lift. What can I do?

I had a crescent thigh lift to correct lipo done on anterior and inner thigh for a bbl in may 2020. I regret ever getting this. I just feel betrayed & deformed. I went to a board certified surgeon who knew the history of my lipo that left a bad depression on top of my upper thighs between the quad and hip causing pain when I bend my legs. He only addressed the inner thigh and now it hurts even more and I have limited range of motion and he is avoiding me.
