Age: 29 years old Height: 4’11 Weight: 110lbs I am unsure if it’s fat, a weak digastric muscle or mylohyoid muscle.. I don’t want anything chiseled. Just want to look more normal when people look at my profile. I also don’t want any filler to fix the issue. I only get minimal juvederm in my lips(which I have not gotten touched up in 2 years) Please let me know if kybella or Botox or suggest something I haven’t heard of before to achieve a better look. Thank you.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

It appears that you have a recessive chin and this is contributing to the excess tissue beneath your chin. I would recommend either a sliding genioplasty or chin implant to improve the lower facial balance and simultaneous submental liposuction if there is a any subcutaneous fat.

The side profile photograph demonstrates a recessive chin profile, which causes poor structural support for the soft tissues in the neck. You most likely have fat deposits located below the platysma muscle in your neck, which is genetic. A surgical neck lift is required to remove the deposits of fat above the muscle with liposuction, and surgical extraction of the fat deposits below the muscle, which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline. Both a neck lift and a chin implant would significantly improve your side profile
