Subdermal fat naturally goes away with age so I worry about removing it too soon. I'm 30 5'3" @118 with a muscular physique (visible ab show and muscles). I could get down to 108 but that's a difficult weight to keep without losing strength over time. And yet, I have a wide mentocervical angle at 98 degrees. I've always had a slightly chubby, youthful face so I think I may just have extra fat. Am I a good candidate for Kybella?

Since you categorized your question under Kybella, I am assuming that you are asking about using compression after a Kybella treatment. If an indentation does occur from the compression, this will go away over time. It will not be a permanent issue.
