I don't think my nose is too bad but I'd like a nose job. I want a nice thin nose like Aaliyah. Is this realistic?

Answer: African-American rhinoplasty for the wide nose and alaeetc. African-American rhinoplasty for the wide nose and alae etc. you can have a narrower nose with a refined tip a narrower base. You could not have a nose as shown in your example since your skin appears to be thicker. This doesn't mean you cannot have a more attractive and feminine nose.

Rhinoplasty are permanent, but with age facial features do change. Find a surgeon and go for a consult, I think you would be very happy after the surgery.
