Your
opinion is the only one that matters when it comes to how you want your face to
look. If you want your nose to fit in more proportionately with the rest of
your face, a rhinoplasty could make your nose smaller and more refined. If you
do decide to get a rhinoplasty, make sure to find a board certified plastic surgeon
that is experienced in rhinoplasties and understands your wishes. I also
recommend looking at patients’ before and after pictures to give you an
idea of what different surgeon's results generally look like – Are they natural-looking? Symmetrical?

Hi Janay, thanks for sharing your photos.  It looks like the lower part of your nose can be reduced slightly to improve your overall facial proportions.  Your lips look fine.  Plumping them won't change the nasal proportions so I'd suggest focusing you your nose first.  Hope this helps.

Your lips can be conservatively augmented but small lips are not your problem. The tip and the base of your nose are wide. This can be corrected with a limited rhinoplasty to narrow and refine your lower nose so it is proportional to the rest of your nose and surrounding facial features.

Your features are very pretty!  Yes, your nose can be refined a bit to better suit your face.  Having a bit of filler to your lips would also benefit you.  In my opinion, the most important feature to make women more feminine and beautiful, is to have full cheeks.  Adding a bit of filler to your cheek will enhance your beauty.
