Is my nose to large for my face? Or are my lips too small? Or both? (Photo)

Question

I have spent the last 27 years looking at my face and can't figure it out exactly. I love my nose but think it would look better with the rest of my features if it were smaller. At that same time I wonder if my nose looks large because my lips are so small. Or maybe it is a combination of the two. Would love honest and straight opinions here. (Even if it isn't my nose or lips). I really want feminine and subtle features without one over powering the other.

Your
opinion is the only one that matters when it comes to how you want your face to
look. If you want your nose to fit in more proportionately with the rest of
your face, a rhinoplasty could make your nose smaller and more refined. If you
do decide to get a rhinoplasty, make sure to find a board certified plastic surgeon
that is experienced in rhinoplasties and understands your wishes. I also
recommend looking at patients’ before and after pictures to give you an
idea of what different surgeon's results generally look like – Are they natural-looking? Symmetrical?

What you want done is completely up to you.Rhinoplasty typically starts at $5,500 depending on the area you live. To make sure you get the best possible result, the surgeon should perform a detailed exam of the nose and provide a realistic goal that you and your surgeon agree upon. Rhinoplasty are permanent, but with age facial features do change. Find a surgeon and go for a consult, I think you would be very happy after the surgery

Hi Janay, thanks for sharing your photos.  It looks like the lower part of your nose can be reduced slightly to improve your overall facial proportions.  Your lips look fine.  Plumping them won't change the nasal proportions so I'd suggest focusing you your nose first.  Hope this helps.
