Though continuity of care is very important, I agree with many of the other respondents that you could ask your surgeon for a referral to a trusted colleague in Chicago for help. Best of luck.

I would find a local plastic surgeon, who will charge you for the consultation, to examine you in person and determine the need for an ultrasound/intervention. I would ask your plastic surgeon if they know anyone in the area you are currently. Good luck.
