Is it possible for hernia sutures or implant to move or drop down out of place 2-3week after surgery when taking a laxative?

I had a umbilical and a incarcerate epigastric hernia repair. 2-3weeks after my surgery the doctor advised me to get my bowel moving to take a laxative so did . 30mins after taking the laxative I heard this noise like a deflation of a ballon like when your letting the air out slowly ;then suddenly felt a instant drop & bloat at my navel. I Went back to doctor he says everything is okay as well as imaging looks fine. It’s been about 11months now not able to poop , eat or, drink.
