Im 10 weeks post PO from having an abdominalplasty. My stomach is still swollen and jiggles slightly when I tap it. How can I be sure whether or not I have a seroma, residual abdominal fat, or normal swelling? Would an abdominal ultrasound be helpful? I am unable to return to my plastic surgeon as he is in a different state. It'll be a few months before I can come to his office as he suggests due to being out of state for work. Also, how long does it take for the seroma to encapsulate?
