Hello, could you advice me this what to do with the deformation of earlobes after the facelift? Thanks.
Answer: Pixie Ears After Facelift Thank you for your question. This is called pixie ear deformity which many patients seem to develop after surgery, pulling the earlobe and attaching to the face. This is easily rectified through a minor procedure under local anaesthetic. Please make sure you find a reputable and qualified plastic surgeon who can assess you properly to give you a realistic idea of what outcome you can achieve. All The Best

Answer: Pixie ears from facelift. Thanks for asking. Most likely you are referring to pulled or pixie earlobes from the facelift incision. This happens when there is too much skin removed and the earlobes get pulled down and forward. This can be repaired under local about 6 months after the surgery. Talk to your surgeon or seek a second opinion. Best of luck!

Answer: Treatment of deformed earlobes after facelift If the earlobe deformity that is present after a facelift is due to a bad position of the earlobe, this normally needs to be revised with surgery. In most cases, this would be a relatively minor procedure that could possibly be done in the office.
