In our practice, we reset all nasal bone fractures under a general anesthesia by a board-certified physician anesthesiologist for patient safety and comfort. The procedure is also performed in a licensed and certified outpatient surgery center, not in a clinic setting. There are an extensive amount of nerve endings in the nose and it is extremely painful to try to undergo this type of procedure in an office setting

In certain circumstances the answer is yes. For example the perception of a wide nose that has a depressed, diminutive, nasal dorsum will appear proportionally slimmer if it is used to build up the bridge.
We have not found injectable fillers helpful for narrowing a wide nose on front view. You may consider consulting several rhinoplasty specialists so you could see what might be best for you.Wishing you well.Dr. Joseph
