I have large nose kinde offatone and it get bigger when i smile soyes i hate my life any way i search a lot to get smaller nose naturally well i found two tips first ginger could work because it's burn fat the second is yoga face so does this method really work hope it does please help me

There are no non-surgical rhinoplastic treatments that lead to a smaller or narrower nasal appearance. Adding filler to the nose always leads to a larger appearance, so based on your photos, you may not be a suitable candidate for a nonsurgical approach. Thank you. Dr Joseph

Thank you for your question!  I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (like Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, and possibly maker it look smaller.  The best way to know would be to have a consultation with a specialist in cosmetic dermatology.  Best, Dr. Emer

The nose cannot really be made smaller without surgery. The cartilage of the nose does tend to enlarge as we age, so some patients may report that the nose gets larger as they get older. A non-surgical nose job is an option that can help to make certain parts of the nose appear smaller, but in actuality, only makes the overall nose somewhat larger. Despite this, non-surgical nose changes can be highly effective and satisfactory.
Be sure to see an expert who specializes in both rhinoplasty and non-surgical nose jobs to review all of the options in detail.

Hi there thank you for your question / photos. I would not say that any of the above methods are useful in correcting the issue you have with your nose (e.g. yoga / fat burning). Non-surgical techniques using dermal filler can be used to improve contour / shape and tilt the tip of the nose. Unfortunately, the only way to achieve a smaller nose is through surgery.  The nose is comprised of bone, cartilage and soft tissue (minimal fat).  I recommend consulting with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who will accurately examine your nose, create a simulation based on what your nose COULD look like, and develop a plan tailored to your individual needs. Unfortunately eating ginger and performing yoga cannot lead to a predictable and safe nasal reshaping like a properly performed rhinoplasty using surgery or nonsurgical rhinoplasty like with fillers.

Hello and firstly your nose looks good. You do look quite young and so remember your face continues to develop with age. I have never heard of ginger or yoga working to help change the shape of your nose. If you're over 18 and you really are unhappy, then perhaps visit a plastic surgeon who specialises in rhinoplasty for them to give you advice. Its always a good idea to take someone with you as well as it can be a litte daunting.

Unfortunately, there are many products out there claiming to give you surgical results without surgery. This is just not the case, however. The nose obtains its' shape primarily from bone and cartilage, which are not malleable and also do not change through diet or exercise.  The only way to change these things and make your nose smaller is to through surgical techniques. If your nose truly bothers you, I would recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon for an in-person consultation.

In my practice I use Allergan products for non surgical procedures for the nose.  I find these fillers to be helpful in improving  and contouring the shape of the nose thereby adding volume in places to make the appearance of the nose smaller. These fillers may last up to a year to 18 months.

I'm afraid non-surgical rhinoplasty in your case is not going to be successful in any way, shape or form. You tip is actually very large and the cartilage of which needs to be reduced in size significantly.
