We have not found injectable fillers helpful for narrowing a wide nose on front view. You may consider consulting several rhinoplasty specialists so you could see what might be best for you.Wishing you well.Dr. Joseph
Although many times, we can use dermal fillers to "build" up the bridge of the nose, increase tip projection, raise a drooping tip, or fill in contour irregularities, usually those with a very broad nose would be better candidates for a traditional rhinoplasty. Alcohol 2 days after a non-surgical rhinoplasty will have very permanent effects, although alcohol is a vasodilator and will lead to increased swelling temporarily. It is best to relay your concerns to your surgeon as he or she will give you specific instructions. Good luck!
