Mullerectomy overcorrected: can this be revised by massages or do I need another surgery?

I did a MMCR surgery (internal resection of muller muscle by 7mm) causing an elevation of about 2mm from top right of right eye My eye still droops. This is because of how my eyebrows operate…I didn’t need MMCR. Now my eyelid is simply larger and contour is off. I would like this reversed/revised to back to original position. Would like to lower upper right eyelid from right side by about 1.5mm. Can this be done from massages? Do I need another surgery? What kind? Thanks!
