Would a chin implant be enough to add balance to my over projected nose or is rhinoplasty the best option? (Photos)

Your nose still would appear over projected, and performing a rhinoplasty to deproject your nose would be ideal to accomplish facial balancing. Non surgical rhinoplasty adds volume to your nose so this likely makes your nose appear larger and more projected. A surgical rhinoplasty is permanent and allows the surgeon to sculpt the cartilages and deproject the nose appearance.
