Hello, I had non-surgical rhinoplasty, and I like the results! However, I still feel my nose is over-projected, and I know this is hard to fix without surgery. I am apprehensive about surgery for my nose. I wonder if I just continued with non-surgical Rhinoplasty if a chin implant would be enough to add balance to my over the projected nose? Or if Rhinoplasty is the best option?

Hello, you are a candidate for whom non-surgical rhinoplasty is not suitable at all. Therefore, unfortunately, your nose is too long and this can only be corrected with surgery. Thanks for uploading your photos and asking insightful questions. A chin implant would improve your chin projection. Your nose still would appear over projected, and performing a rhinoplasty to deproject your nose would be ideal to accomplish facial balancing. Non surgical rhinoplasty adds volume to your nose so this likely makes your nose appear larger and more projected. A surgical rhinoplasty is permanent and allows the surgeon to sculpt the cartilages and deproject the nose appearance. I recommend consulting a board certified facial plastic surgeon to discuss your goals. I hope this helps.
