The eyelid skin is very thin and shows swelling easily.  Its early days yet..I anticipate your swelling will settle well.  You can try some cool compresses and minimize exertion for the next few days to help things settle. Check in with your surgeon in a few days time if it hasn't settled to your liking.

The area around the eyes can have a lot of swelling in response to laser treatment in the area. it is normal and sometimes slow to resolve bur it will. Be patient. It will be worth it.
