I just got my Brazilian butt lift 4 weeks ago, most of the swelling is actually gone. My butt has gone down majorly and it's to a size that i really like. I know 4 weeks is very early but will my fat reduce a lot more now? I've been told the real results are at 2-3 months and it continues to go down until then. Is there anything that I can do to avoid major decrease? Try to gain weight or something? Am I going to loose a lot more fat for the next 2 months?

It is highly unlikely he we will be able to change the results of your Brazilian by exercising.
In fact it's hard for someone to get any substantial change in the appearance of there but it's from exercise unless it's very intensive.
It's not unusual for some people to have a flat spot on there...
