The size of both breasts is the same after gynecomastia surgery as before. No improvement

It is way too soon to tell what your final outcome will be. Swelling can take several weeks to subside. Be sure to follow your surgeons post operative instructions. Good luck.

After liposuction, it is normal for swelling to occur for weeks and even months after surgery.  However, if you have noted an increase in size, you may have a fluid collection at the surgical site.  If  you have any concerns with the difference in size or the hardness, you should schedule a post operative appointment so your surgeon can assess if this is normal healing or if there is a need for treatment.

It is just too soon to judge your results. You are swollen and it may take anywhere from 3-6 months for the swelling to fully subside. For now, be patient. Your chest will continue to change. The results of a proper gynecomastia treatment is immediate. You can expect some swelling of the tissues for several weeks afterwards but this is unlikely to be enough to make it look like nothing was done.
I would wait six months and then visit your surgeon for his/her recommendation. In all likelihood, you will need another treatment to remove excess tissue.
