The size of both breasts is the same after gynecomastia surgery as before. No improvement

Question

I had gynecomastia surgery on 3rd june 2017 by liposuction not gland excision. On same day i look difference on breast as they are smaller than before but after 10 days the size increase looks like as before surgery and right side breast is harder and bit larger than left size. Can size decreases after 3-4 weeks. Still i looks like no improvement in size. They looks like as before surgery.

It is way too soon to tell what your final outcome will be. Swelling can take several weeks to subside. Be sure to follow your surgeons post operative instructions. Good luck.

After liposuction, it is normal for swelling to occur for weeks and even months after surgery.  However, if you have noted an increase in size, you may have a fluid collection at the surgical site.  If  you have any concerns with the difference in size or the hardness, you should schedule a post operative appointment so your surgeon can assess if this is normal healing or if there is a need for treatment.

It is just too soon to judge your results. You are swollen and it may take anywhere from 3-6 months for the swelling to fully subside. For now, be patient. Your chest will continue to change. If you still don't like what you see at 6 months post op then speak with your surgeon about options. Best of luck.

The results of a proper gynecomastia treatment is immediate. You can expect some swelling of the tissues for several weeks afterwards but this is unlikely to be enough to make it look like nothing was done.
I would wait six months and then visit your surgeon for his/her recommendation. In all likelihood, you will need another treatment to remove excess tissue.
