I got a bbl about a year ago, and I have gained some weight (about 10-15 lbs) and it seems that the gain is going directly to my butt so it looks very big and i want a natural look I also feel my doc added more than I asked for (which I only wanted hips I already had projection) but both combined makes it look very oddly shaped. I was wondering if I do some exercises to decrease the size of my butt without getting surgery again?
