I had a rhinoplasty done about a year and a half ago. I'm a thick skinned male which you know takes longer to get the final results.. My question is, when I squeeze the tip of my nose it makes this crunchy watery sound for some reason???, what does this indicate?

The splint and taping after rhinoplasty can often hold the tip upward and make it look overshortened. This will control swelling and fullness in the 'supratip' area. The tip will drop into position as the splint is removed. Will the tip raise up after splint removal? We think this is unlikely.
It is often difficult for patients to examine and diagnose nasal injuries properly. In most cases, patients should see a physician for a formal exam and diagnosis. In some cases, imaging might be needed, but this is not something I routinely recommend for isolated nasal injuries.
