I'm looking to book my surgical date for my Rhinoplasty in London. I will be under general anaesthetic for the first time. However to stay overnight is an extra £1000 which to me is just ridiculous. My parents are available to pick me up from hospital as a day case and they would be at home able to look after me for the next 48 hours. I'm just wondering if not staying overnight would cause any problems, and how long exactly I'd stay in hospital before having to leave if it was a day case.
