Hello, I did a rhinoplasty procedure December 4, I’m about over 4 months in. I told my doctor I wanted a really small nose and he added cartilage to the tip of my nose now my tip looks 3x larger and my nose is just not small and cute at all. Does adding cartilage make the nose bigger? Cause you’re adding to it?

By viewing your photos, you appear to have a large amount of swelling. It takes a full year to allow all swellling to subside. Be patient and allow it to heal!
The nasal bonees heal by forming a callous. This will often give the patient a slight fullness to the bridge of the nose. Generally this will resolve on its own, but may benefit from a steroid injection if it persists. Be patient, noses will change alot over the first year as the healing process...
Yes it should be safe. I would advise following the instructions for the nasal spray and I wouldn't recommend using it continuously for more than a week.
