Rhinoplasty Anxiety - Nose Implant Removal (Photo)

Hello. I had rhinoplasty 2 months ago and for 2 months I was in extreme anxiety. The implant is goretex, too defined already, but the tip is big. I look like a clown and a witch. It didn't suit my face. I know its too early to tell, but my body heals fast. (I'm 20, physically healthy, physically ready for this) In fact I didn't even get bruises! I only had very minimal swelling on the first week. Can I get this removed instead of getting a revision? I'm too depressed and traumatic. Pls help me.

Hi @ffshopeful. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. Swelling can take up to two years to resolve after a revision rhinoplasty. Best of luck, Dr. Nima

We have had incredibly good success using microdroplet Silikon-1000 for small indentations after previous rhinoplasty. Procedures are performed with topical anesthetic, and there is no downtime. Hope this helps you! Dr Joseph
