I had rhino/septum surgery on February 12, I have mucous. My surgeon told me I couldn't blow my nose.

Today I had to, I couldn't breathe at all. Can I hurt or damage the surgery?

A dorsal onlay graft alone would unlikely resolve the upturned nasal tip.  There will likely be need for caudal septal work and possible revision work on the lower lateral cartilages.  A consult with a local plastic surgeon that performs rhinoplasties will be your best option. ...

Hi Akosijhay06,Realistic expectations are very important with any facial aesthetic procedure, especially with rhinoplasty.  You can have augmentation rhinoplasty, but your best bet to be "able to have a nose that looks like an arab" will be wearing a burka.  Good luck and be well.Dr....

Nasal congestion is common after a septoplasty.  The inside of the nose swells, and many surgeons advise patients not to blow their nose in order to minimize the risk of a nosebleed.  The congestion often improves in 5-7 days, but sometimes can last longer.
