I was wondering when will my breast settle and they are looking a bit smaller than I thought. Now I'm thinking I should of gone bigger! Which is what I thought would happen!!! My breast still feel tight and I know I'm almost 3 weeks post op and they still haven't softened up. Had me worried. Idk if this is normal and I'm really concerned about the size. Btw i got 450 mentor moderate plus silicone gel! And My chest was measured at 14cm. I'm 5 ft 6in and 130 pounds!
Answer: Breast size Thanks for your inquiry. Without pictures of your breasts fully exposed, it is difficult to comment on their position, but implants do continue to settle over the first few months. In terms of size, 450 cc MP+ is a larger implant. Please discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon.

CONTACT NOW Answer: 450cc but they look small after breast augmentation? I'm sorry to hear about the concerns you have after breast augmentation surgery. You should be aware that it is not unusual for patients to feel that they are “too small” or “too big”, early on after breast augmentation surgery. Most patients who feel this way ultimately are pleased with the results of surgery in the longer term. Many patients who feel that they are too small immediately after surgery find, as the breast implants “drop and fluff”, that the breasts actually appear larger to them. I routinely ask my patients to wait at least 3-6 months before evaluating the end results of the breast augmentation surgery. This waiting time allows patients to (uaually) physically and psychologically adapt to the new body image. Obviously, it is best for patients not to be making important decisions ( for example about the results of surgery and/or the need for additional surgery) while they are experiencing the common post operative emotional “ups and downs”. In the longer term, if you still remained displeased with the breast size, communicate your concerns with your plastic surgeon in a calm and constructive fashion. Together, you will be able to determine whether increasing breast size can be safely done. Remember not to communicate your goals in terms of achieving a specific cup size, which can be a source of miscommunication. Best wishes.

Answer: 450cc but they look small? I know right now they seem small but at 3 weeks post-op, you are most likely still a bit swollen. Once your implants settle, they will fill out toward the bottom of your breasts changing the shape and looking fuller. Try to give it about 3-6 months and re-evaluate then. ac

Answer: Breast #Implants Too small? Three weeks seems like forever but is actually fairly early in the healing process. If your implants are beneath the muscle, you are likely seeing a lot of swelling in the upper half of your breast which blunts the appearance of the breast/breast implant itself. As the swelling goes down, the appearance of the breast is better defined and looks larger. Patience is hard to come by but your best ally.Best,Dr. Pyle

Answer: Implants at three weeks At three weeks your implants are probably still high. It is difficult to say without seeing them out of a support bra. Best of luck.
