It appears that your manipulation included narrowing of nostrils and nose base? This is something that can be achieved with manipulation of allar base and nostril sill and can be done in local anesthesia. However, in person consultation with  a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in nose surgery is recommended. Good luck.

Alar reduction may be performed alone or at same time as rhinoplasty. Using 3D imaging you can get a good idea of possible result from Alar reduction. However there may be visible scar on the groove depending on the procedure and amount of reduction required.

Alarplasty alone reduces width and/or flare of your nostrils. Some people need only that. However, if you have a wide tip, it may be less in proportion. See a rhinoplasty expert for personal advice.
