Is this revisable without converting to an open book tummy tuck? (Photos)

In March 2025 I had a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck to address loose skin after losing over 50kg (110lb). My expectation was that when I sit down with or without clothes, the skin above my bellybutton would not fold over the way it does. I had a follow up consultation with my surgeon who advised the only way to remove this skin is with an open book tummy tuck which would require a scar across my ribs just under my breasts and my bellybutton would be stretched out and look unnatural. I'm struggling to accept this response and hope you might be able to provide me a second opinion. Thank you.
