Can someone please tell me what I need to do to make my midsection slimmer and less boxed, based on the pictures, or did I have a bocthed procedre? I had my first surgery in June of 2024 to include a tummy tuck with liposuction 360. I was not satisfied with my results and by April 2025 I had a revision to remove more of the fat that was left behind to help my wounds heal. The doctors kept saying it was visceral fat but I knew the problem had created an abnormal shape. After removing the fat in April 2025. I continued to heal and wore my faja as directed. I stopped wearing the faja about three months later. My concern is that my midsection is not appealing and continues to have an abnormal shape only this time the shape is different, maybe boxy and compact. My skin feels normal and less tight. I noticed the same protruding stomach effect. My stomach is no longer flat as it was just a few months ago in June and August. I'm losing body fat/ mass all over except in my midsection and back. I wear a compression garment for my waist for 6 hours when I'm not eating. Since September I started eating less to help lose weight, slowly increased fasting periods, although I don't work out I have included light walking every other day. Please note I have not yet achieved the discipline standards but I noticed I'm losing body mass in my thighs and my butt it's noticeable but my midsection is difficult to slim down and create that slimming appearance.
