3.5 Months Post Tummy Tuck and Lipo – Is there any way to determine if the remaining fat is internal or external? (Photos)

I’m 3.5 months post tummy tuck with liposuction, and my results look much worse than before surgery. My stomach is still square, bulky, and uneven, with dog ears and a thick, irregular scar — it looks disfigured or deformed, not contoured. At every follow-up appointment, my surgeon kept telling me my tummy would become flat over time. But only after I sent an email saying how bad it looked, he suddenly told me the issue is internal (visceral) fat that can’t be removed with liposuction. This was never mentioned before or during recovery. I’ve been wearing my compression garment 24/7 since surgery (only removing it to shower), and my weight hasn’t changed — I was 124 lbs before surgery and still am now. Is there any way to determine if the remaining fat is internal or external?
