I had a Full TT with Lipo of flanks and back with Renuvion. 6 months later, another TT surgery "revision" with Mesh installed, due to the upper stomach protruding (fat). I was told after the 2nd surgery, the upper abdomen stitching from the 1st surgery was still in place. Not sure why the Mesh was still installed after gaining this knowledge. 6 months post-2nd surgery, the upper abdomen is still protruding (fat). What can be done to obtain a totally flat abdomen (upper and lower)? After paying for 2 surgeries, one with Mesh and 12+ months of continuous healing, not to mention many compression garments, many lymphatic massages (which are still on-going) I'm perplexed. Reading others' comments about dieting, I do not want to lose significant weight to reduce the upper abdomen. I am 5'7", average 159lbs, very active, 26% BF, Curvy—62yo overall healthy, no health issues, no maintenance meds. Again, what advice can you offer? I really appreciate any help you can provide.
