Can this belly button be revised? (Photos)

I had a tummy tuck 7.5 months ago. My belly button sticks out so much I can see it through my clothing. My surgeon says it’s that I was too thin, I’d like to confirm if there’s a way to fix this. It looks like a protruding doughnut.

Based off your photos - there are bilateral dog ears (sometimes left to help allow the tummy tuck incision to heal and close better in the middle. Dog ears are easy to correct in exchange for more scarring towards your back. For the anterior abdomen, I would recommend you try toning (Pilates)...

This is Dr Özge Ergün My idea is to perform another scar revision. There won't be any tension like the tummy tuck procedure, and since there will be less post-operative tension, there won't be any scarring. Initiating scar treatments early after surgery can yield better results.

While returning to your original surgeon would be ideal, it may be better to find someone closer to you in the rare event another complication arises. You can ask your original surgeon’s office to send your records to your new surgeon.
