Can this belly button be revised? (Photos)

I had a tummy tuck 7.5 months ago. My belly button sticks out so much I can see it through my clothing. My surgeon says it’s that I was too thin, I’d like to confirm if there’s a way to fix this. It looks like a protruding doughnut.

This is Dr Özge Ergün My idea is to perform another scar revision. There won't be any tension like the tummy tuck procedure, and since there will be less post-operative tension, there won't be any scarring. Initiating scar treatments early after surgery can yield better results.
