I look very young for my age Nd just wanted tightening near my jowls.. so the surgeon recommended facetite. I totally regret is n own have deep marionette lines and grooves in my chin and lower cheeks. I'm 4 months post-op. What can I do to reverse this!!! This has aged me 7 years!!!
Answer: What can I do to reverse damage from FaceTite? Without being able to see a comparison to how these areas looked before your procedure it is difficult to say with any certainty what has happened in the areas of concern for you.I use FaceTite and EmbraceRF frequently in my facial plastic surgery practice and can at least offer a few insights that may be helpful for you. First, even though you are a few months out from your procedure there is still time for continued improvements. It takes 6+ months for the complete results to develop. I would expect that you may still see some continued improvement with tightening of the jowls and better definition along the jawline. That is important to keep in mind because the appearance of marionette lines can seem to be worsened by fullness of the jowls just to the side of the marionette lines. In fact, it is jowl fullness and laxity / sagging that really creates the appearance of the marionette line in the first place. As that continues to improve then the marionette lines should also look better. The other key point is that a FaceTite procedure does not include any work done inside of the marionette lines or on the chin. I am not sure how a groove on the chin would be related to your procedure with that in mind. That does not seem like it would be directly related to FaceTite. For the marionette lines I think your best option will be to consider the use of filler. I would suggest a temporary filler such as Restylane Refyne or Restylane Defyne (these work very well in mobile areas around the mouth). I suggest temporary filler because you should expect some continued improvement from the FaceTite procedure and, therefore, should not commit to anything more permanent such as fat injections to address the volume in the marionette area. These options can be explored as more long-lasting solutions though. Based on the photos provided you look like someone who would have a really nice improvement with just a little bit of filler in the right spots. Best of luck to you.

Answer: What can be done to correct the depression I got from facetite? I had experience with Themi tight that I sent back because I did not see any skin tightening from it. I only saw some fat melting that I could do very easily with a micro cannula. Facetite is a similar mechanism of action using radio frequency energy delivered directly under the skin. I personally don't believe these gadgets produce skin tightening. They can melt fat however and as such they may have a place in the non surgeons armamentarium. If it doesn't get better you may require fat grafting.

Answer: Facelift after facetite I have to say you looked better before the procedure, but I'm not sure the photos that you posted a true comparison flash, background, depth - all are different and can really exagerate any real differences that are actually there. If you truly look that much worse, this problem is very unusual and I haven't see it before. Its probably too early to do anything right now, but consider a consultation for a facelift once you are healed.

Answer: Fat loss I notice that many responses address any volume loss with fillers or fat. Although skin tightening is a secondary effect that is emphasized, fat loss in the area is also a result of this device. Others are correct in suggesting volume replacement however it’s too early for this. Wait until it’s 6 months to a year post op.
