I had some small broken red capillaries on my cheek. After cheek fillers they are even more red. It’s been 2 weeks now. Will these go away by itself or should I get laser now?

Thank you for sharing your question. The problem you describe is not common with injection of Restylane. If the redness does not subside, see a facial specialist who uses lasers to diminish facial capillaries.Good luck,

This is difficult to answer without pictures and needs an in-person evaluation. The best treatments for broken capillaries are vascular lasers such as pulsed dye laser, IPL, yellow laser, or Excel V with microneedling/prp. It may take a series of treatments. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
