I am a 60 Y.O. woman. More sculpted and defined cheek bones I believe it also helps with lifting out smile lines? I have been reading & it states Rystylane or Voluma are great choices for this. What's your recommendations? Pro's? Cons? How long for recovery? Or to notice a difference?

Answer: Restylane Rejuvenation Restylane is a nice volumizer to start with if you want a bit of mid face lift, but Sculptra may be a better product to give you more adequate volume for the price, also it lasts a lot longer than Restylane.Choose an expert. Best. Dr BrechtSeattle, Wa

Answer: Cheek augmentation cheek enhancement can be achieved with tissue fillers or a cheek implant. Fillers require repeat every 8 to 12 months depending upon several factors. Implants are a one time procedure. Neither really 'lift the creases and fold near the nose/lip but they do balance the face structure and draw attention upwards to the eyes which is rejuvenating. You do have a shallow cheek bone area and augmentation would be a positive change
