I am a 60 Y.O. woman. More sculpted and defined cheek bones I believe it also helps with lifting out smile lines? I have been reading & it states Rystylane or Voluma are great choices for this. What's your recommendations? Pro's? Cons? How long for recovery? Or to notice a difference?

Answer: Cost for fillers? Cheek Augmentation Both implants and fillers in the cheeks and/or chin can create good results for patients. Both can build up the cheeks and create symmetry. You must balance the pros and cons of each procedure and do what you feel is the best decision for you. Fillers: Pros: No downtime Reversible Quick Cons: Temporary More expensive in long run Implants Pros: Permanent Great for patients with poor bone structure Less expensive overtime Negative: Risks associated with surgery Possible infection Downtime The amount needed for filler will vary. I recommend a consultation to discuss which procedure would work best for you and the cost of the treatment. Hope this helps.

Answer: Restylane Rejuvenation Restylane is a nice volumizer to start with if you want a bit of mid face lift, but Sculptra may be a better product to give you more adequate volume for the price, also it lasts a lot longer than Restylane.Choose an expert. Best. Dr BrechtSeattle, Wa

Answer: Cheek augmentation cheek enhancement can be achieved with tissue fillers or a cheek implant. Fillers require repeat every 8 to 12 months depending upon several factors. Implants are a one time procedure. Neither really 'lift the creases and fold near the nose/lip but they do balance the face structure and draw attention upwards to the eyes which is rejuvenating. You do have a shallow cheek bone area and augmentation would be a positive change
