There are in fact a number of HA fillers, in addition to Restylane Eyelight, (such as Juvederm Volbella and Belotero Balance) that have been safely and effectively been used to treat tear troughs, hollows, and dark circles. However, from the photos provided there appears to be considerable facial volume deficit in the cheeks, and since the upper cheek region is a major support for the under-eyes, very often simply volumizing the cheeks with a robust HA volumizing filler can not only contour a more feminine, heart-shaped, oval face, but secondarily lead to significant under-eye aesthetic improvement. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert and best of luck.

You have fairly prominent lower eyelid fat pseudoherniation that is contributing to the appearance of your undereyes as the prominence of the fat creates a hollowness below it. The challenge with filling the hollow and creating a smoother appearance is that the lower eyelid fat is a moving, dynamic contour that will change in size based on where you look. A lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning will certainly be the best and most effective solution, as you mentioned. With Restylane Eyelight, or another appropriate filler, you could expect some mild improvement as the volume deficit would be improved, but the fat protrusion would remain.

Based on your nicely to posted photos, you have a moderate to severe tear trough deformity with fat pads of lower eyelids.
