The past two days I noticed this pimple and I thought it would go away but it popped and now I have a tiny hole. I think I got all the gunk out. Yuck. What do I do now? Should I sterilize it with peroxide and then apply neosporin and gauze? I hope this doesn’t happen with all the sutures. I’m very squeamish and I prefer not to see small deep holes in my body. How many of these spitting sutures are expected?
