Can I remove my breasts completely?

My breasts are nothing but ugly and in the way. They aren't very big, B-C cup but the areolas are a lot bigger than average. I find their existence very disturbing at all times, even when all alone fully dressed. I don't want to accept them because they are nothing but a burden to me.I don't want implants or augmentation to make them look better, I want them to be removed completely. What kind of result should I expect and how much will it cost?

It looks like your pocket has stretched out particularly on the left. Alloderm is a great tool to help define the pocket and keep the implant from migrating laterally or bottoming out. I don't think the implants need to be removed. Best of Luck!
