What is the most cost-effective option for removal? (cryo, cream, QS, LP, IPL, etc?) Cost? Bkgd: I also have some on my arms and parts that don't get any sun (lentigo simplex?). I get hypertrophic/hyperpigmented scars on my body but face acne has healed okay (is PIH a major concern?). I'm Asian, age in 20s.
